Supply Line Repair Cost

Parts and labour, as a range: the part your model takes and the work to reach it settle where inside it the job falls, and you get that one figure before anything is done. $89 gets a technician to the unit and pays for finding the fault; agree to the repair and that $89 is taken back off its price.
When water shows at the kickplate, what we usually find is the short run of tubing into the unit, kinked when it was pushed home or weeping at a fitting, and less often a fault in the house pipe or its valve, which is a plumber's work. Where our work stops
The band covers the line and its fittings from the shutoff into the unit. The house valve itself, pipe inside a wall, and a clamp-on tap fitted to the house pipe are a plumber’s jobs, and they are not priced here. For its UC-15I ice machine, Sub-Zero’s installation guide rules out self-piercing valves altogether, and an older clamp-on tap feeding any unit is worth a plumber’s look.
If the water is still coming
A Sub-Zero has no shutoff valve of its own. Close the one the plumber fitted, which Sub-Zero suggests placing in a cabinet beside the unit, under a nearby sink, or in the basement. If that valve turns out to be hidden behind the unit, shut the house main instead, put towels down, and then call.
